We use your information to respond to your enquiries, appoint and support referees, run education and accreditation, communicate association news, and meet our administrative and legal obligations as an incorporated association. We do not sell your personal information.

Disclosure

We may share information where necessary with Rugby Australia, NSW Rugby, and the relevant junior, schools and club competition bodies for the purpose of appointing and accrediting match officials. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law. We do not otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent.

Your information is stored using reputable service providers, including Microsoft 365, and we take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information appropriately.

This website is static and does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Forms you submit are sent to us by email and recorded so we can respond and keep an audit trail.
